Each session involves time spent preparing resources and planning activities, as well as follow-up notes and strategies after the lesson. Short-notice cancellations impact this process.

To ensure fairness and consistency for all families, the following guidelines apply to cancellations and rescheduling:

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee.

• If no notice is given and the session is missed, the full fee will be charged.

• Make-up sessions may be offered depending on availability.
